Focused Approach
Groveworld is not a volume builder, and so we can spend more time adapting a scheme to best suit the targeted market. The resulting product has the capacity to be marketed as truly individual, and to achieve the best sales results this implies the need for a very hands-on marketing and sales team.

Property targeted
A flexible approach to marketing is necessary when schemes can appeal to owner-occupiers and investors to differing degrees, and when the most apt audience in each category changes over time and by location. In the mid 90's this meant being a regular visitor to Hong Kong and Singapore, at other times the focus has been on other overseas markets such as Ireland and South Africa or on the UK market. At all times we takes care to understand the buyers, their advisors and the media and make all target audience decisions subject to careful consideration of prevailing market conditions.

Fully resourced
Detailed attention is given to creating a rounded sales environment. Each development has an informative sales suite, a furnished show apartment, extensive floor plan displays and a high quality model. Advertising is high profile and we view regular appearances in key media to be crucial - this can be overseas news media, glossy magazines, local signage as well as the main UK newspapers. We employ specialists to ensure that the nature of their advertising suits both the chosen media, the state of the immediate market and the evolution of each scheme.
