Groveworld moves East and contracts are exchanged on Wallis Road South in JV with PTEa in what signalled the commencement of comprehensive regeneration of and creation of ‘The Hub in Hackney Wick'.
Planning is obtained for Wallis Road South and completion of the purchase of the site.
