Has worked in the house building industry for almost 40 years in financial and general management positions and was Joint Managing Director and Finance Director of the Housing Division of Costain Group Plc. As a Director of Groveworld he brings a wealth of experience to all aspects of house building, particularly funding, accounting, sales and marketing.

Lou Rokach
Has over 25 years experience of residential and mixed use property development and as a Director of Groveworld, he has particular expertise in land acquisition, planning and construction.

Ian Manson
Has over 20 years in the industry including experience in main contracting, volume house building and urban renewal. His expertise is of particular relevance with regard to the technical and commercial issues involved in inner city property development.

Brigitte Laurent
Has been responsible for the sales and marketing operation at Groveworld for 15 years. Previously with a prominent national developer, her experience in the property industry spans almost 25 years.

H J Newbrook AAdip RIBA, MRTPl
Has worked as an architect in commercial practice until his appointment to Local Government where he was Chief Planning Officer of a Central London Borough until his retirement, when he joined Groveworld. He sits on the board of several preservation societies and local amenities groups.

David Rabson BA MBA
Has almost 20 years experience in the commercial property market. In addition to his involvement in the financial structures of the company, he oversees all commercial property transactions.
