From 1991
to today


Jeff Duggan joins as Director.


A  JV is formed with Frogmore Developments, leading to the development of  a number of schemes between 1992 and 2000 including: Claremont Road, Barnsbury Park, Canonbury Park South, City Heights on the Essex Road, Angel on the Green and  Angel Southside.

Relationships were established with Cohen Arnold, Harold Benjamin and RBS that all continue to this day.


Groveworld Ltd wins the Civic Trust Award for Canonbury Park South


A JV is formed with PTEa which leads to the development of Crystal Wharf and Angel Waterside.


A JV is formed with Miller Developments, which leads to the acquisition of the City Road Access Storage site – and formation of City Road Basin Ltd the Regeneration vehicle for City Road Basin


Receive the National House Builder Award from the Daily Mail for Cystal Wharf


Planning permission is obtained for 30 storey building on the City Road Access Storage site

GW completes newly created theatrical space and private apartments in collaboration with RADA as part of the RADA centenary project.

A new home

Groveworld moves offices to Angel Waterside in Islington


Groveworld enters into an agreement with Orion Capital Managers to develop the City Road Access Storage site with Groveworld appointed as Development Managers.


Canaletto construction commences.

Groveworld moves East and contracts are exchanged on Wallis Road South in JV with PTEa in what signalled the commencement of comprehensive regeneration of and creation of ‘The Hub in Hackney Wick'.


Planning is obtained for Wallis Road South and completion of the purchase of the site.

Groveworld moves further East when contracts are exchanged for Beam Park, Rainham a significant regeneration project in newly created ‘Housing Zone’

Canaletto is completed.

Groveworld rebrands and a new website is created.


Groveworld Ltd is incorporated with offices in Golders Green, Lou Rokach is appointed Director

Groveworld’s first development commences of apartments and terraced houses in Northwood, Middlesex.
